The Customer Catcher™ Institute is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of all Martin Wales products.

Contact The Customer Catcher Institute, within 60 days of your invoice date if, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied with any product you've received from us. Product must be in re-sellable condition.

Returning a product?
If you're not happy, we're not happy. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. To return a product:

  • Call us at (416) 657-2520, ex 1 within 60 days of your invoice date to receive your Return Authorization Number.
  • Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Please be aware that refund processing can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Carefully re-pack the item in a sturdy carton, along with all related material. Be sure to include the Return Authorization number on the returned package.

Returned products must be in "like new" re-sellable condition and are subject to approval upon receipt. Refunds are not allowed on discounted items.

Please note that if the return procedures are not followed, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Liability for lost or damaged return items belongs to the customer.
